Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation through our website will not be possible.


Return & Exchange Policy

• Return/Exchange is applicable only on selected products. The eligibility for return/exchange is mentioned on the respective product page.

• The return/exchange policy of a product may be revised or updated without prior notice.

• If pick-up service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

• Return/Exchange charges, if applicable, will be communicated and may vary on a case-to-case basis.


Refund Policy

• Refund requests will be accepted in the following cases:

• Mismatch in quality or design.

• Missing, wrong, or damaged item(s) received in a combo/order.

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment.


Important Notes for Returns/Exchanges

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Items must include original packaging, tags, and labels. Products without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period specified on the product page. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
